Method 1: Measure an Existing Ring
Find a ring that fits the intended finger. Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters, then find the corresponding size in the chart below.
Method 2: Measure with a String
- Wrap a thin string or strip of paper around the base of your finger.
- Mark the point where the string overlaps with a pen.
- Measure the length in millimeters with a ruler.
- Divide by 3.14159 to get the inside diameter.
